We collect different categories of personal data depending on whether you are a Candidate (job seeker or temporary worker) or a Client (employer or care provider).

3. How We Use Your Personal Data

4. Special Category Data

Some of the data we process is classified as "special category" data under UK GDPR, which requires a higher level of protection. This includes:

Criminal records data (DBS certificates)

Processing is necessary for employment purposes and for reasons of substantial public interest — specifically, safeguarding children and vulnerable adults.

Health information

We only process health information where you have given explicit consent, or where it is necessary to assess your fitness to perform a specific role. You are never required to disclose health information as a condition of registration.

5. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only in the following circumstances:

Clients (Employers): We share Candidate profiles with Clients for the purpose of recruitment. Profiles are anonymised until a Client pays to unlock them. Full personal details are only shared after payment and with the Candidate's knowledge.
Verification providers: We share identity information with Zinc (Right-to-Work checks) and uCheck (DBS checks) for the purpose of compliance verification. Both are certified providers operating under their own privacy policies.
Reference providers: We share Candidate details with previous employers for the purpose of obtaining references, using RefNow or direct contact.
Regulatory bodies: We may be required to share information with the CQC, Ofsted, the Disclosure and Barring Service, or law enforcement where required by law.
Formspree: Form submissions from this website are processed by Formspree Inc., which acts as a data processor on our behalf. Data is transmitted securely and used only for the purpose of delivering form submissions to us.
